We are proud to be accredited members of the National Landlords Association, are registered with the Property Redress Scheme and are founder members of Milton Keynes Private Landlords Association. All our properties are covered by the appropriate operational licenses where required.

We have a specialist division for the leasing of accessible housing for learning disabled adults as well as those with physical disabilities and work in partnership with a Community Interest Company and council officers. We are always keen to hear from landlords or investors who would be interested in getting involved in this sector of social housing. Joint venture investments may be considered. With the exception of our accessible housing scheme, we do not any longer offer management services for properties other than our own.
